Sua mãe desesperada,

Começou a chorar,
Viu que não tinha jeito
De seu filho salvar.

Todo mundo comenta,
Dá até medo de falar,
Quando bate a meia-noite,

Os seus gritos de socorro
E de sua mãe a lamentar.

Até hoje ninguém sabe,
Ninguém conseguiu provar,
Se esse mito é verídico
Ou história popular
Não é fato nem realidade,
Mas tem um pouco de verdade.
